Hello there Tr463rsb

Don t worry. Matt will appear. Can I help you with your questions maybe? You want to rebuild a or the index from Thunderbird?

The topic has already been deleted, try the steps in the document.

Do you still have a Thunderbird profile folder? It would go in that.(global-messages-db.sqlite ). This is no longer present?

If you search for the already deleted file ( global-messages-db.sqlite ) and restart Thunderbird, nothing happens?

Explain it to me please.

If you don't have the sqlite file in your profile folder, it's because you haven't enabled Global Search and Indexer in Tools/Options/Advanced/General. Besides global search (Ctrl+K), there is classic search (Ctrl+Shift+F) to search an account or folder.
