Hi, I might need a screenshot of what is locking up your Firefox, but first I have a question.

Can you successfully open a new tab or window using either/both:

  • Ctrl+t
  • Ctrl+n

If so, can you go to your email in that new tab/window?

When you reach your email login page, does Firefox prompt you to enter your Master Password to unlock your saved logins?
