<p>Okay, perhaps a different provider is used for paid chats. I have the same suggestion for that provider.

<p>I'm sure the provider updates the script frequently as browsers evolve.

<p>Hmm, I thought an exception for auto-play would be for the entire site, not for a single page. She may have to completely turn off the no-autoplay feature.

I cannot test paid sections such as chat.

You made it safer but what about the rest of us that have issues with their chats.............it goes fine then stops. For mine we use a database and the chat type goes for a bit then moves to the upper screen but now it does not do that it just stops and.......... not all the time
We use javascript

Is this with Win 7 as I have Win10 so no issue and I use Trend. Is Avast causing this my content writer had to unblock each link and page.
</blockquote>
<p>Ask your content writer to test without Avast to see whether that is the issue. The relevant component is the Web Shield, and it could be disabled temporarily or I think it's possible to make an exception for Firefox.
