Configure pass-through authentication for Firefox on a Mac for a Windows domain user.

I am using a Macbook, but authenticating to a Windows domain with an AD account. Is there a way to configure pass-through authentication in FF so that it will pass through my login credentials? Will it work the same way on a Mac as it does on Windows?
