How do I resize web pages?

I uninstalled Firefox and reinstalled it. Now I can't zoom in and out on most web pages. There was a setting I changed which made that possible regardless of the web page. I don't remember where it was. Android? Firefox?

It's important because of my vision.

Anybody know?

Hello,

There is a setting "Always enable zoom" in Firefox settings > Accessibility. Once I turned it on, I was able to zoom in and out on a web page which I wasn't able to resize earlier. See if that works for you too.
