Have a problem with website that fix content height with screen height.

When I go on website that fix their content height with screen height and start to scroll up and down, the content start to stretch-shrink itself, and this not happened on safari and chrome. For example website: https://www.apple.com/iphone-11-pro/ https://maps.thinknet.co.th/

I don’t know where to report this bug. On Appstore, I feedback in the comment, but no one see or response it for a very long time. So I hope you need to fix this issue soon, because it’s very annoying and very bad experienced.
