I have a problem with one website that gives me an error when I try to play videos: "HTML5 is not supported; try another browser" This only happens on my Win7 PC. My Win10 PC running Firefox plays things just fine. Firefox on the Win7 PC has no add ons and only two plugins: OpenH264 & Widevine Content Decryption. When I restart Firefox in the safe mode, I still cannot stream content. The Win7 PC is up to date with all patches and I cannot change the OS as I run Windows Media Center which is not supported by Win10. I notified the website, Bleacher Report Live, of the problem and they seem not to be terribly interested in solving it as I've not heard back from them. I would prefer to solve this problem rather than switch to a new browser.
