When I have multiple tabs open, and close one, the next active tab is not predictable. It can be the one to the right of the tab I just closed, or it can be one that is two to the right, or the last tab and sometimes the first tab.

Is there a way to control which tab becomes active when I close a tab? Also, is there a way to open multiple sites from the bookmarks menu at the same time, all in different tabs?
