Reorganize Your Libary and footer menu for quicker access

Dear Team, i would like to propose the following re-organization of buttons and Your Library setup: 1) Change the Your Library buttons shape from rounded to rounded rectangular so it's consistent with the other buttons 2) Add new functions for quick access: Home, Close all Tabs, Synch Now and Settings as a second row to Your Library 3) In the footer menu replace the hamburger Menu option by the Bookmarks button for quick access so it's always available for selection.
