well on my computer I only work on three four software. so the moment I start laptop I start Firefox and visual studio code, it works well in start but yeah it takes much time to start also. And I have sent the error reporting but i didn't worked out well. I don't know how it work but yeah I was expecting to get a response on my mail but yeah I didn't got any mail. Also I checked on google and tried repairing of corrupted files. It took me around 2 hrs, but still the same eve my Firefox crashed. and when it crashes one time then even if u restart a hundred time. it didn't work well. It only work when I restart the lap. and it just killing my work. and recently its like write 2-3 pages of code or debug and then again Firefox crash then restart and all...

I think my rest software are working well so I didn't asked for windows support. Thanks

In the address bar, type about:crashes<enter>. Note: If any reports do not have BP- in front of the numbers/letters, click it to submit them.

The crash report is several pages of data. We need the report numbers to see the whole report.

Using your mouse, mark the most recent 7 - 10 Submitted crash reports, and copy them. Now go to the reply box and paste them in.

If it takes time to start, Have you tried Hardware Acceleration. If not, then go to the top right corner of the browser and then click the 3 bars it will open a dropdown and then select Options. In the search bar type Performance and uncheck the Use recommended settings option. This will select the Use hardware acceleration option and will probably speed your browser a little! [ Don't expect major changes]. Hope this helps!

The crash reports are OOM (out of memory) reports where not enough contiguous free memory is available.

How much physical memory do you have installed on this computer? The crash report seems to indicate 4 GB or less.

  • "system": {"memoryMB": 3878, "virtualMaxMB": 134217728, ...}

Can you possibly add/install more memory ?

If you currently have set a fixed size for the Windows Page File then let Windows manage it automatically.

Try to run as less other software as possible and in Firefox set the number of content processes to 1.

It might be there is a problem with the memory. If so, the tool should tell you.
