Hi mbabcox, You can choose any data center you would like, and you can change this whenever you want. Whichever location you connect to is where your internet traffic will be routed through. What this means is that, to any site looking at your internet use, they will see that you are in that location. For example, if you choose to connect to Australia and search for a coffee shop near you, the search results should show you coffee shops in Australia unless you specify the area you're searching for.
