I am not getting any connection. The app connects for about 10 second than states it has no signal. Internet works fine without VPN on.

I still don't know if this is getting taken care of or explained ? They told me they took a break for the holidays but since than, still no response.

I've sent multiple logs since than as well.

We're so sorry about the delay in getting this resolved, but I'm glad to see your email that you got it working yesterday! That's interesting that the other VPN clients were interfering with its connection.

Please know that I did issue you a refund for December's payment since you were unable to use the service for so long.
