my BOOKMARKS toolbar and my START button and lower actionbar have disappeared

Ok, I FOUND the problem. I did a restart and the FF Homepge was minimized down to 1" x 1" square in upper left with no RESTORE - x buttons on top right. I used the F10 to go FULL SCREEN but it wouldnt show the TOOLBARS, START and lower actionbar.

It turns out that FULL SCREEN doesnt bring up the needed info..I DRAGGED the lower right of the TINY window til the whole [age was revealed and there were my Bookmarks bar, menu bar, start and Actionbar at bottom. No idea WHY the page reopened as 1" x 1" but thats what caused it all..no replies received on this question anyway..

going to MENU, CUSTOMIZE toolbas and re clicking Titlebar, menubar and bookmarks with checkmarks..then DONE..doesnt do anything

Clicking the "Restore defaults" box doesnt do anything anything either.

How do I get these things back on my homepage?
