Emails in my hotmail were accidentally deleted and I want to restore them from TB. How do I do this without deleting the files from my computer?

TB is currently set up to ask me for my password, so it has not automatically deleted the emails that I deleted on the hotmail servers. I don't want to give TB my password without being certain that it won't sync and delete the files from my PC. I am a new to TB and don't understand how emails are stored, etc. on my PC. Thanks for being willing to help correct my mistake.
