Hi That can be achieved using a signature. https://support.mozilla.org/en-US/kb/signatures Essentially, the account 'signature' is a block of text or HTML you can customize with name, contact info, special messages, logo and so on. It can be applied to all outgoing messages, or to outgoing messages except forward/reply. I hope this helps! Agnes
