Thunderbird wont open anymore

I woke this morning to find Thunderbird not working anymore, I have tried: turning the machine on and of again disconnecting to internet and rebooting reconnecting internet opening as administrator opening via run command

I click on the icon but nothing happens, I can right click to open as admin, but nothing happens. It does not show in the task manager as running.

any ideas?

Reinstall from thunderbird.net would be the obvious next action. That is after you restart your computer to make sure something else has not died and causes odd issues.
