Can't sign in sync account on iOS 9.3.5

After I fill login information and press "Login" there is a message "Load chunk 22 failed. (missing: ...." appears and nothing more happens. I tried change password and reinstall Firefox with no luck. Desktop version work as usual. Also on iOS I can't log in website "accounts.mozilla.org" too

Open Firefox on the computer

you want to sync.
   Click the menu button , a

nd then Sign in to Sync.

   Click Sign in in the Connect with 

a Firefox Account section.

   Enter the email and password you 

used to create your new account.

Where are you experiencing this issue? Is your Firefox app up-to-date? You can check for updates in the App Store.

Also, are you able to update to the latest iOS version? Apple has instructions on updating your device here: https://support.apple.com/HT204204

The problem is on iPad 2 with latest iOS 9.3.5 for this device and latest Firefox 8.3 for this iOS

Thanks to guys from #firefox on freenode we discovered that this because of ad tracker changes. But I still don't know what to do

I don't think it would be possible for Firefox iOS from iOS 9 to communicate with the current Firefox Accounts / Sync. When the FxA/Sync servers change we have to update Firefox iOS, and after a period of time the servers stop supporting old clients, sometimes for security reasons. At least that has been my understanding.

I understand that iOS 9 is old. But sync was working until "hard reset" so the reason can be ad tracker changing
