My setting are for English in USA but EVERY PAGE OPENS IN SPANISH & I'VE DPENT HOURS TRYING TO FIX OR REPORT & FIRFIX MAKES THAT IMPOSSIBLE. EVEN GOOGLE STUPIDO IS SMARTER THAN THAT.

This can be caused by your Operating System's locale preference or due to your location. Can you confirm it is not the fault of your system by say using another browser?
