When I try to download the latest version of Thunderbird, I receive a message that the source file could not be read. Help?

This is the message I get from my computer when I try to install the latest edition of Thunderbird: C:\Users\Claudia\AppData\Local\Temp\WOSb+c4w.exe.part could not be saved, because the source file could not be read. Try again later, or contact the server administrator.

Or you may have to run the download from here instead: https://archive.mozilla.org/pub/thunderbird/releases/68.1.2/win64/en-US/Thunderbird%20Setup%2068.1.2.exe allow it to "Run" instead of "Download" if it gives you the option ...
