pop up window not scrollable

while working, i discovered that pop in mozilla doesnt have srolling bar so that i can view the whole content of the window. i tried to know how i can handle the problem because i have tried typing about.config then searched for dom.disable_window_open_feature.scrollbars to see if i can change its value to true but unfortutely this latest mozillar doesnt have dom.disable_window_open_feature.scrollbars. please, can get any help from anybody here

Try adding that preference to about:config using right-click > New > Boolean , then set the value to true, and see if that works.

If that pref appears after restarting Firefox you should be good to go. If that new pref disappears after the restart that pref isn't valid any longer.
