My downloads keep saying failed. I have changed no security or firewall settings.
All of a sudden my downloads are failing. Nothing will download. I havent changed any settings

You could consider downgrading to Firefox 69.0.1: Install an older version of Firefox.
You might need to then override the downgrade protection on your profile: Dedicated profiles per Firefox installation.

Hi, sorry, there's a problem with the Windows 10 parental controls integration in Firefox 69.0.2. Could you check this article:

Are you able to remove yourself from content restrictions so you can download again?
I dont have parental controls on. I can download on other browsers
