Spell-check red underline disappears when page is refreshed

Currently using Firefox US English version 69.0.2 in Windows 10. but this problem began with FF 67.0 and later versions.

Using the built in US English spell-check while editing text pages. When the page is refreshed, the red spell-check underline disappears. To regain the underlining, either I must clear the Firefox cache, or save the page, close and re-open. Reloading the page also works occasionally but not alaways.

Occasionally, when I use the three installed dictionary add-ons of French, Spanish, or UK English, they all have the same issue.
