I agree that the path to the support forum page is convoluted. I get around that by saving a bookmark that takes me to the top of the Firefox support forum page - https://support.mozilla.org/en-US/questions/firefox?show=all - that shows the top of the latest postings.

Thanks ed, that link is what I wanted to see. That link should be at the very top of the chain so that someone clicking Help>FireFox Help while in the browser can get here directly.

I merely didn't want answers because I didn't ask a question. I had to pretend to ask a question to get into the forums. So wrong....lol
