Hi dmuotka,

I am sorry to hear you are having trouble using your touchscreen monitor for Firefox.

Let's see if this helps :

  1. Click the '3-bar' menu in your Firefox browser
  2. Click Customize...
  3. At the bottom of the screen click on the button Density.
  4. Check mark Use touch For Tablet Mode and also adjust the setting to Touch
  5. Finally click Done on the bottom right of your screen

Let me know if this helps or if I could better assist you

Any error messages related to the touch screen in the Browser Console?

You can check some prefs on the about:config page. You can open the about:config page via the location/address bar. You can accept the warning and click "I accept the risk!" to continue.
