Hi,
An issue could actually be with the phone. Do other apps on it have the same problem?
If so, tr2019-09-15T06:43:31-07:00niconatsunihttps://support.mozilla.org/en-US/questions/1268860#answer-1252253
Hi,

If so, try booting your phone in safe mode to find out if an app that you have downloaded is the issue. Here's how:
1) Press and hold down the power key.
2) In the pop-up window, attempt to touch and hold 'Power Off' until the 'Reboot to Safe Mode' message appears.
3) Touch OK and let your device reboot in safe mode.

If the touch screen works fine in safe mode, an app may be the issue.

Please reply if you have any further questions, or if it's just Firefox having the issue.
Hope this helps!
