Can't login to firefox on iOS on iphone

I have tried updating my password as well as logging in on pc version of Firefox, both works but I just can't seem to get login to work on the ios app and always gets stuck on "working". Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Hi Bob,

In searching for information on this it seemed that the most common resolution was to delete the app, clear any app data saved for Firefox in your iCloud, reboot the device, and do a fresh install of Firefox.

If that doesn't resolve the issue then the next area to look at is networking. Is your PC on the same exact network as your phone? Is there a VPN running on your phone? Is the error still the same across multiple networks (e.g. your Wi-Fi and mobile networks both only show 'Working')?

If you've done all of that, please post your results and fairly detailed answers to my questions about your networking. That will help let us know which direction to go next!

Hi,

I attempted your suggestion and reinstalled Firefox and restarted. It's still giving me the same error of waiting when I am attempting to login via the Mozilla website in the app and it's saying that the password is incorrect when i attempt to login via the app. I've attempted both on a secured network, public network, mobile data, as well as with vpn.
