Hi Sergey, do you have two different Firefox shortcuts? Perhaps they are installed in different folders. Could you check:
right-click the shortcut > Properties
Windows should show the Shortcut tab and select the contents of the Target field.
If you copy/paste that field somewhere you can read it better, you should be able to tell what folders the programs are installed in. For example:
- "C:\Program Files\Mozilla Firefox\firefox.exe"
- "C:\Program Files (x86)\Mozilla Firefox\firefox.exe"
- somewhere else
Also, in most cases, there isn't any extra text after the firefox.exe part. Do you notice anything unusual there?
