Thunderbird Lightning 68.0 No Text in Calendar Category boxes

I have upgraded to Thunderbird 68.0 on both OS X and Windows machines. Lightning was working on 60.x, however on upgrade I just get a colored box with no text in it. I have removed then installed Lightning and it is also on 68.0 but the problem persists on both OS's. Screenshot attached.
