You're using the nightly version, with several add-ons, most of which are probably incompatible, plus Norton AV is installed. Start by running TB in safe mode (hold Shift when you launch TB), and if that doesn't help, start the computer in safe mode and then run TB.

Please clarify "Blow up" - which may be descriptive, but isn't a term which helps us understand the exact state you are seeing.
Is it a hang, where you need to kill the process?

When I hit any key or click on anything or resize the window the program closes or resizes about 3 times my screen size to the right. Bottom line is I can't do anything. It does not give me a crash reporter. This started with Saturday's update; I can't be the only one having issues.

You are using a nightly developer build, these while often stable, are not even guaranteed to start. You are very unlikely to get much of a "solution" in a support forum focused on the release version, unless you want to work with folks trying to determine the issue.
So as you have chosen to use a development version, either participate in the development process by assisting in the determination of a solution, or install the release version from here and start using a version that has had more that a quick test to ensure it actually builds.
We do currently have version 69 in beta, and it has a dedicated beta forum here that beta testers use to provide feedback on the build.
Release software has received a much longer period of testing, including manual test from volunteer testers. But when using development builds like Nightly and Beta, you will always be expected to participate in the proper testing, including those you have been asked to undertake. Responses of "Worked fine until Saturday's update. Didn't change anything. " are completely non constructive.
sfhowes asked you to try safe mode. I would not mind betting it will "fix" the problem as you have apparently got some sort of addblocking addon enabled along with a number of others that are not compatible with V70.

Addblock does not have a compatible version for Thunderbird release version 68, so obviously this ancient version is not going to be compatible with V70. It is my understanding that add block has no intention of supporting Thunderbird in the future.

Based on that list, you are not going to have a good time with any of the current release versions of Thunderbird as none of the add-on have current release versions.
There have been various advises in the past suggesting how to make your own modification to Thunderbird and add-ons to make them work with versions that they were not designed for. This ended with the V60 release and all addons required a major re write for V68. My understanding is the ecosystem has further developed in V70 and more changes are needed for them to work.
So despite you assertions that nothing changes, something changed. Looks to me based on the addon you have installed a new version of Thunderbird about 40 versions after your previous one.

All product that offer security are considered suspect when things go wrong. Something about daily updates really limits the testing that goes on. Add that the the habit these products of injecting their own components into running applications and you have a recipe for failure as soon as either thing changes.
I use Daily because it is 64-bit, regular Thunderbird is 32 bit. What part of NEVER HAD ANY PROBLEMS LIKE THIS BEFORE do you not understand. What changed was a new version of Daily.

I think you would be best served by listening to those of use who deal with all manner of support issues every day.
The bottom line is nightly is for development purposes not user purposes, and is therefore not guaranteed to work, and if anyone has time to figure out what broke there there is zero guarntee to fix your specific issue in a timely manner - IF it is indeed a bug.

However if you file a bug, Wayne and myself are two of the folks likely to triage your bug report. So you will be given exactly the same advice because you will be dealing with the same folks. So seriously, just listen to what you are being told. USE THE 32 BIT VERSION until we release a 64 bit version. It is not important for most people at all. Despite those that demand it, 32 bit works just fine on 64bit.
