outlook.live after being directed to a google site my email just shows a blank page w-7

Hi, my MSN outlook.live.com email just shows a blank page. I noticed this on 8-16-19 I was opening a link that took me to a google service rating site. After I rated the business I then went back to my email and just a blank page shows. I did remove all cookies, recent history, but not all history. It did not help so I updated from v.47 to v56 and thought that might clear it up, but it did not help. I can use it on IE v11. Not sure if I can try something else or not, before doing a refresh, another update or uninstall and reinstall. I am 72 now so was looking for a easy fix, just don't remember stuff like I used to? W-7 64 bit

You are still on a VERY ancient version of Firefox. Can you please update to Firefox 68.0.2 and then try again? Firefox 57 is almost 2 years old.

Are you relying on Legacy extensions that you still use Firefox 56 as this is the last Firefox version that supported Legacy extensions?

I do not know legacy extensions are, unless you are talking about old extensions. When I updated from 47 to 56 I did loose some extensions, but everything is working perfect except outlook.live.com mail.

I have not updated to the latest (68.) version yet. I am thinking I am just going to have the same problem with the update if I can't figure out what happened after I opened that google link, and rectify it.

I understand you guys know way more than I, but this is what I am thinking.

Finally updated to 69.0.3 every thing working fine for the most part. Getting page crashing every now and then. Read the Quantum uses system memory differently. Not that big a deal though..
