I dont see my saved passwords in my note 9 but I do see it on my laptop using same account

I checked on my phone that when I went to the web address, about:profiles, it does not load up. But in my laptop it does load my profile, (this is the profile in use and it cannot be deleted. Same account, and there are my logins saved
