Can't open Thunderbird

I attempted to move a profile to a new computer. I put the profile in the wrong folder (up 3 levels instead of 4) and now Thunderbird refuses to open. Now I do have 2 users on this machine. Under one (Admim) it works perfectly. Under user Joe, can't open. How do I fix this?

Tried that. Didn't help. I did solve my issue but it was by going back to very clean slate: formatted the disc.

Hello there soldier Joe goldblatt.

Yes, what Matt said. Remove your profile from the wrong one.

Use your backup and install the right profile in the right folder.

log in with the same account passwords on the new or different computer machine.

Take care of a good one Antivirus on your machine.
