Hi. I am running a macbook Pro ( yosemite) and using firefox as my default browser. I have made a bookmark to my twitter account and placed it on the top pf the page (sorry can't remember the name of the bar along the top) I have pulled that shortcut down into my taskbar. Although it works the icon just shows a globe. Is there anyway of chnging that for exapmle a twitter image. (bird) Thanks for any replies.

Hi negativepitch42, I think you mean the Bookmarks Toolbar. Firefox should add the icon automatically if it's a final destination.

Does your Firefox store history normally?

If it's an address that redirects, Firefox may not be able to associate the icon to the bookmark. In that case, it would be simplest to update the bookmark to the final address.

Otherwise, there are add-ons that let you change an icon, but I haven't tested any of them myself.
