I have just been sent a message from an outlook account that wants me to go to outlook on line to view it, but while there I cannot save or print it. I have not seen this format before - is it new, is there a work-around for me to view and, importantly, to save the full text within Thunderbird? I am using version 60.8.0 (32-bit) within Windows 10 (up to date I think...)

Not sure you can open rpmsg files in TB, but there is a viewer app for desktops or phones that should help:

Do you know the sender?

It might be a hack if your do not know the sender.

Otherwise ask the sender to send another file that you can open.

Thanks. Yes, I'm sure that the message is genuine. The sender's organisation is doing some work on GDPR and I'm just worried that, in tightening up, they have adopted some new file format that's on the loose that I can't open directly in Thunderbird. I will follow up with the sender but I'm just worried if it's the start of a bigger problem. I have a diverse range of clients and contacts so I rely on Thunderbird for my full email history (it has saved me more than once!)
