Easiest to sort by name is to do that in the left pane of the Bookmarks Manager (Bookmarks > Show All Bookmarks) and right-click the folder that you want to sort. Bookmarks are sorted between separators, so if you have folders and normal bookmarks then drag the folders to the top in the right pane and (temporarily) put a separator between the folders and the bookmarks. You can do the same in the Bookmarks sidebar (Ctrl+B). You can remove the separators after having done the sort if you do not want separators.
