It seems to crash after I have been on for a while, not at startup. Usually if I have more than 1 tab open. What's up?

In the address bar, type about:crashes<enter>. Note: If any reports do not have BP- in front of the numbers/letters, click it to submit them.

The crash report is several pages of data. We need the report numbers to see the whole report.

Using your mouse, mark the most recent 7 - 10 Submitted crash reports, and copy them. Now go to the reply box and paste them in.

Hi TajasDad, It also looks like your graphics drivers are seriously outdated. Here's a link to Intel Graphics: Automatically update your drivers

I downloaded Intel Graphics Driver Support and it came back saying I was all up to date.

TajasDad, Interesting. Your System Specs show a driver date of 2010.

Your Crash Reports might offer a little more insight into that.

TajasDad, After we take a look at your Crash Reports we might need to uninstall/reinstall your Intel(R) HD Graphics driver. It looks more complicated than it is:

1. Open the “Run” dialog box by pressing and holding the Windows key and the R key. 2. Type (or copy and paste) the command devmgmt.msc 3. In the Device Manager window click the arrow next to Display Adapters. 4. Right-click on Intel(R) HD Graphics and select Properties. 5. In the Properties window, near the top, select the Driver tab. 6. At the bottom select Uninstall. 7. On the un-install window, select Delete the driver software for this device. 8. Follow the on-screen instructions to complete it and then restart the computer if prompted. Return to the link below to download drivers for Intel. https://downloadcenter.intel.com/

The 10/2 crash failed to load and the 10/8 crashes that I submitted a few minutes ago are not yet visible.

Thank you.
