Cannot view emails, error "A valid license could not be found"
Bottom left of screenshot. No emails show up, although the inbox says there are unread emails. What can I do?

I am guessing from the folder names you are using Microsoft exchange and probably the exquilla add-on to access exchange. https://addons.thunderbird.net/en-US/thunderbird/addon/exquilla-exchange-web-services/?src=search The add-on used to require an annual subscription. This changed for Thunderbird 60 and will I understand be reintroduced with Thunderbird 68 to be released in the next few months. It is in Beta testing now.
