I have just opened Thunderbird and it seemed to update and now I have lost all my accounts

Yesterday I was using Thunderbird fine and it had all my email accounts and all my stored emails. Today, after an update it seemed (now I have version 60.8.0) it opens as if I have never used Thunderbird before and I have nothing, no emails accounts or emails etc. HELP please.
