Let me get this straight :

You changed your username for the account you used for this site (Support Mozilla), but don't you just want to set up a Firefox Sync account  ?

Those are two different accounts, and you don't use the same username for both of them.

You need a Firefox Account if you want (e.g.) to set up Sync, use Firefox Monitor or Send - neither have anything to do with the account you use for this support forum .....

Just to make sure, see :

I have 2 accounts on this website but I was UNABLE to create the firefox user only for admin@nationsorg.com .So on this forum you can consider 2 accounts as the same user but for only one problem: The confirmation link expired. Thank you.

How were you unable to create just that one account ?

According to your screenshot (and what I thought to begin with) you were trying to set up a Firefox Account for (e.g.) Sync  ?

Can you confirm  ?

First one: nationsorg - was created several years ago and it works now.

Second one for the new FF profile: admin@nationsorg.com - I was trying to create 2 days ago and all the time getting this error: Link Expired. I'm creating a new user directly from the browser Firefox account.

If it's possible, you can try to create a new user with a new email and see yourself.

But you did create that new account with the username "adminnationsorg" - I must be missing something, cause I really don't see what the problem is ..... (?)

Do you, or do you not, want to set up a Firefox (Sync) account, and is it when you're trying to do that, you get the "Verification link expired" ?

Cause if it is a Sync account you don't seem to be able to set up, I will contact a Sync developer.

1) I TRIED to create a new account with EMAIL ONLY as browsers asks an EMAIL in the beginning: admin@nationsorg.com

2) after i got the verification email with expired link.

3) so , now u can say that account is NOT created as I was not able to verify it.

4) Yes, I WANT to set up a Firefox (Sync) account, but not able to verify my account/email

5) If u have a Skype, Facebook or other messanger, we can chat faster and I'll show you my screen, if u want.

Now that I know that it's a Firefox Sync account that you can't set up, I will forward this to a Sync developer. But we're dealing with different time zones (among other things), so you may have to wait a little longer.

Again : the account that you have for this support forum, has nothing to do with a Sync account (complicated, I know .... ).
