Can't send emails not fixed by solutions proposed
I receive error message 4.7.1 sending to quite a few adresses. This has not been solved by any of the solutions offered so far. Attached is an edited screenprint of my smtp settings as directed.

Sorry. Forgot to add please and thank you !
Your picture shows the incoming server settings. Select Outgoing Server (SMTP) at the bottom of the left pane of Account Settings. The recommended settings are: smtp.sfr.fr on port 465, SSL/TLS connection security, authentication = normal password, User name = email address.
I checked all the points suggested but am not sure whether the problem is solved. I now receive another error message:
An error occurred while sending mail. The mail server responded: 5.7.1 Service unavailable. Client host 184.108.40.206 rejected for spamming issues. Adresse cliente 220.127.116.11 bloquee pour incident de spam; http://www.spamhaus.org/query/bl?ip=18.104.22.168.
Please check the message recipient "firstname.lastname@example.org" and try again.
I have never sent spam in my life !
It's not that you are sending spam, but possibly someone hosted on 22.214.171.124 (in Romania) is sending spam using your address, and the recipient's mail server is rejecting those messages. I suggest you relay the error message to your mail provider and seek their advice.
I have changed my ISP and the problem seems no longer to exist. Many thanks for your help and advice.
