When I click File then Page Setup I get a blank page. The only option is to right click and then close Page Setup.

First, try running Firefox in Safe Mode. This will help to determine that the issue is not caused by an extension installed on Firefox.

If the issue is still present there, it's possible that your Firefox installation is damaged. By performing a clean reinstall you can ensure that all of the Firefox files are working properly while also preserving your Firefox data.

Hope this helps.

WARNING: Do not use a third party uninstaller as part of this process. Doing so could permanently delete your Firefox profile data, including but not limited to, extensions, cache, cookies, bookmarks, personal settings and saved passwords. These cannot be easily recovered unless they have been backed up to an external device! See Back up and restore information in Firefox profiles.
