lazy tab error

Posted

I just removed a addon called "Sync Tab Groups" from my Firefox and I then got a problem with my tabs. Normaly I have my old tabs unloaded untill, I click on them to reload them. When I try loading them now to use them, I am getting the following error cause by a lazy tab error. How can I fix this? and yes I do wont to keep the old tabs.

There the error that is in the address bar:

How did you remove this extension? A moz-extension:// link refers to a WebExtension, so it looks that there are still references to the extension you removed.

I also got there errors one of my tabs

1. Sadly, Firefox Addon API prevents loading certain URL types. This is not an addon issue but and API limitation.

2.This page is used for lazy loading Session Sync restored pages If the page was not loaded automatically please check that lazy loading is enabled in addon configuration panel.

This sounds like a problem with an extension because Firefox wouldn't show these messages. Not all extensions work perfectly and if there are issues with a specific extension then you need to contact its developer.

Okay, I've contacted the developer about the problem just waiting for a reply from them.

I've deleted the left over folders that the extension was using and it is still not working for my tabs.
