No, it is NOT Sync. I don't have anything to Sync with, right now. I'm trying to register with Mozilla/Firefox. I'm registered with this Community Forum. You know what? I can't even find a login-register page, anymore. I am just going to give up. I'm trying to import bookmarks and even with help from forum, it isn't working. 5 years ago, i imported bookmarks with no problem. Now? No luck. I apologize for waiting your time.

Please explain the problem in detail.
