Under normal circumstances you don't need a recovery code to login to your Firefox account (assuming this is what you're talking about in the first place). So what prevents you from logging in?

First of all I forgot my password then I set up new to my account.. at that time I try to login then it's ask for Enter security code to continue to Firefox Sync

Open your authentication app and enter the security code it provides. but I uninstall the Authentication App.... plz help...

So you forgot your password, lost your recovery code, and didn't record the 2-step authentication backup codes.

Start over with a new Firefox account. You won't be able to recover your existing one. As a lessons learned, for the next time make sure to record recovery key and backup codes.
