Hi, One day I accidentally hit a button to get Facebook notifications via Android browser. I've been looking and couldn't find such an option as it is in the desktop app and it gets really annoying when I get two notifications about one thing. O tried reinstalling Firefox, also clearing cache. Didn't help. Any ideas?

Chosen solution

  • Open Firefox for Android
  • Go to Facebook
  • Tap on the lock icon in the address bar
  • Tap edit site settings
  • Check the notifications option
  • Tap clear

Hi, is this still a valid solution? When looking for the site settings, there's no notifications option anymore, just "Logins". (tested on Firefox v.68.1.1)
