Is it possible to add the Task Manager to the toolbar, or map it onto a keyboard shortcut?

I quite like using the task manager, especially when my computer's fan starts to run quite a bit--normally, closing the offending tab fixes the issue. Is it possible to make the task manager easier to access, by adding it to the toolbar or mapping it onto a keyboard shortcut? Thank you!
