See the attached picture for the window that appears after the Continue button is clicked in offline mode. You could also try running in safe mode (hold Shift when you launch TB) in case your window layout is broken.

Then, File/New Existing Mail Account, enter your credentials, Continue, and on the next screen select POP or IMAP and click Advanced config. Once the settings are entered and the account is added, be sure to go online by unchecking File/Offline/Work Offline.
