I keep getting an error [CLIENTBUG] APPEND Invalid message date from client, when trying to upload emails from my client to the Yahoo server. How can I upload?

I need to upload a lot of old email that (thankfully) was kept safe on my POP mailbox to my Yahoo account. At some point during some Thunderbird upgrade, the "Delete after x days" was ticked and all my old mail was wiped out. I want to reinstate my email and put them in the Yahoo server up in the cloud. I have tried copying the select email to my IMAP mailbox to "resync" the inbox, but I get an error that says, [CLIENTBUG] APPEND Invalid message date from client. What do I do please?
