Computer idle for 24+ hrs...When started up again, Firefox asked me to create an account which I did - even tho I clicked on the Ffx icon at bottom of computer as I always do - for past 8-10 yrs. After getting into Mail (Outlook) from "saved bookmarks" played a game of "Hearts" which looked fuzzy on my monitor. After winning game, noticed my record for Hearts had been reset to a single win - which previously had 1000's of games w/ a 52% win record....then went into my "doc" to get a resolution I need to circulate and the folder said "EMPTY" - as did my photos folder too. How do I get my DOC's and PIC's back please - several baby pics of kids that never made it to my external storage drive to get saved on it.
