</p><p>If so, these icons and folders are located in this folder:
</p><p><code>C:\ProgramData\Microsoft\Windows\Start Menu\Programs</code>
</p><p>If you copy and paste the desktop shortcut into that folder, it should then appear in your Windows 10 apps list.
